At which time and place all bids will be publicly opened. Vendors are requested to carefully review the instructions to Bidders contained therein. The Pelham Public Schools is not responsible for bids opened prior to the bid opening if the bid number and opening date do not appear on the envelope. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail or in the handling of the mail by employees of the Pelham Public Schools, as well as improper hand delivery. THE BOARD OF EDUCATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT AS WELL AS TO ACCEPT ANY PART OF A BID OR ALTERNATIVE BID.
