NOTICE TO BIDDERS The PINE PLAINS CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT is seeking sealed bids to perform work at the Stissing Jr./Sr. High School, 2829 Church Street, Pine Plains, NY 12567. The start date of this project is on or about June 29, 2026 and all work is to be completed by July 31, 2026. Sealed Bids marked “2025 Resinous Matrix Terrazzo Flooring Project” must be received by 10:00 am prevailing time on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at the Pine Plains Central School District Office, Attn: Mary Fetzko – Receiver of Bids, 2829 Church Street, Pine Plains, NY 12567, (518) 398-7181, ext. 1400 at which time all sealed bids will be publicly opened (details below): Topic: PPCSD – 2025 Resinous Matrix Terrazzo Flooring Project Time: April 30, 2026, 10:00 AM Eastern Time Stissing Mountain Jr/Sr. High School Main Office Conference Room 2829 Church Street, Pine Plains NY 12567 Bids received after the above date and time will not be accepted. It is deemed the sole responsibility of all prospective bidders to ensure that bids are delivered and received at the above location by the date and time indicated herein. Any bid may be withdrawn without prejudice prior to the official bid opening time or any publicized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date stated above will be returned to the bidder unopened.
