ESSEX COUNTY RFP CITY OF PLATTSBURGH REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE VENDOR – 2026 BEACH SEASON The City of Plattsburgh is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to operate as the Alcoholic Beverage Vendor for the 2026 beach season. This is an excellent opportunity to operate in a high-visibility location. The license term is anticipated to run from approximately Late May through Early September, 2026, with an option to renew for a second season. The space includes water, sewer and electric service.
