Legal Notice # 21933247 VILLAGE OF POQUOTT PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS REQUEST FOR PUBLIC BIDS VILLAGE OF POQUOTT ROAD DRAIN CLEANING 2026 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Incorporated Village of Poquott ("Poquott" or the "Village") is soliciting competitive bids for road drain cleaning of road drains in the Village of Poquott. Bid information and packages can be obtained beginning April 28th 2026, by email at Clerk@villageofpoquott.com or by calling the Village Office at (631) 476-4043. The bids will be accepted by the Village Clerk, 45 Birchwood Avenue, Poquott by email at Clerk@villageofpoquott.com or can be dropped off at Village Hall during business hours. Sealed bids only will be accepted from April 28th, 2026 until May 7, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Any bid submitted after that time will be deemed defective and will not be considered. Drain Cleaning 2026 must be marked on the outside of the envelope. The Village of Poquott reserves the right to reject all bids or to waive any irregularity in a bid and further reserves the right to accept the lowest qualified responding bid that is deemed to be in the best interest of the Village of Poquott. This project is a public works project that is subject to the Prevailing Wage requirements of the New York State Department of Labor.
