Legal Notices The Town of Ripley is therefore seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering firms for engineering services relating to various water and wastewater projects. The services provided by the selected engineer could include the preparation of engineering reports, design documents and construction services for various upcoming projects. Qualification packages shall be placed in a sealed envelope addressed to Laura Pless, Supervisor and be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope, "QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES”, and be delivered at the Town Hall at 14 North State Street, Ripley, NY 14775 or emailed to ripleyts@ripleyny.gov by 12:00 P. M., Eastern Daylight Savings Time, on May 8, 2026. Information received after that date and time will not be considered. The full Request for Qualifications may be obtained from the Town Clerk Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8AM – 12PM or 1:15PM – 4PM, and Saturday 9AM – 12PM. Minority and Women Business Enterprise and Section 3 firms are strongly encouraged to submit. The Town of Ripley reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications, the right to waive any informalities, the right to permit exceptions deemed not to be of substance, and the right to accept any Statement of Qualifications which the Town deems to represent the prudent and economical expenditure of the public monies for the benefit of the Town’s inhabitants by securing the maximum quality.
