FRANKLIN COUNTY BID NOTICE INVITATION TO BID PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that sealed bids will be received by the Village of Saranac Lake, Franklin and Essex Counties, New York, in accordance with New York General Municipal Law §103, for the following: * Milling of asphalt pavement * Installation of asphalt pavement (materials to be supplied and hauled by various governmental municipalities throughout the Adirondack region) * Construction of concrete curb and concrete sidewalk Sealed bids must be submitted to the Office of the Village Clerk, 39 Main Street, Saranac Lake, New York 12983, no later than 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Village Board Room. Bid documents, specifications, and proposal forms may be obtained on the Village Website at www.saranaclakeny.gov under Government>Bids, RFPs & RFQs. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “Bid for Highway/Concrete Work – May 6, 2026.”
