Legal Notices Advertisement of Bids For Cassadaga Valley Central School District Cassadaga Valley CSD – Capital Outlay Project 2025 – Middle / High School Pumps Replacement 06-04-01-04-0-005-022 Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of the Cassadaga Valley Central School District, Sinclairville, NY, herein called the Owner, on May 19th, 2026 at 11:00am at Cassadaga Valley Middle/High School Room 131, 5935 Route 60, Sinclairville, NY 14782 will receive sealed proposals for the Cassadaga Valley CSD Capital Outlay Project 2025 – Middle / High School Pumps Replacement. The proposals will be, at that date, time, and place, publicly opened and read aloud. All work shall be done in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by Young + Wright Architectural, 50 Elk Street Buffalo, NY 14210. Plans and specifications are available to prime contractors on April 28th, 2026 at 5:00pm by contacting Avalon Document Services at (716) 995-7777 or visiting their online plan room at www.avalonplanroom.com. A deposit of $50.00 per set will be required & shall be made out to Cassadaga Valley Central School District If you should have any questions, please contact Young + Wright Architectural @ 716-842-1800. A virtual pre-bid conference will be held to discuss the scope of the project, review photos of the site, and answer bidder questions on April 30th, 2026 at 11:00am. Prime contractors who are non-bidders returning complete sets in good, unmarked condition with the above time limit will be refunded also. No part of the deposit will be refunded for partial and/or damaged sets of the drawings and specifications. Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid. Bidders will note the required conditions of employment and the minimum New York State Labor Department prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to advertise anew, and to award a contract for the whole or such portion of the work as it determines to be in the best interest of the District.
