REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SPECIAL EDUCATION INSTRUCTIONAL COACHING SERVICES PROPOSAL DUE DATE APRIL 24, 2026, by 3:00 pm NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The MOUNT PLEASANT BLYTHEDALE UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT (“DISTRICT”), Valhalla, New York, invites all interested bidders to submit proposals for Special Education Instructional Coaching Services. The Request for Proposal (RFP) for these services can be found on the District website at https://www.mpbschools.org – Quick Links – Special Education Instructional Coaching Services. The Proposer’s qualifications, cost, and compliance with the requirements of the District will be used during the evaluation of the Proposer selection. The response to this RFP must be received no later than 3:00 pm, Friday, April 24, 2026, by email to Stephen Beovich, Superintendent,at sbeovich@mpbschools.org The District reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional Proposals. 12248181
