 Legal Notice # 21932592 NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Board of Education of the Valley Stream Central High School District hereby invites the submission of separate sealed bids for items meeting their specific needs as follows: RUBBISH AND WASTE BID #26/27-03 Bids shall be received by May 13, 2026 at 10:00 AM, prevailing time in the Administrative Offices at One Kent Road, Valley Stream, New York 11580, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid Documents & Forms shall be obtained online at the following website: www.bidnetdirect.com//valleystreamcentralhighschooldistrict. Optionally, you may request said documents by contacting the Valley Stream Central High School District Business Office at 516-872-5615. Copies of bidding documents obtained from any other source are not considered official documents and will not be accepted. Only those vendors who obtain bidding documents from either the Valley Stream Central High School District or the Empire State Purchasing Group/BidNet are guaranteed to receive addendum information, if such information is issued The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any information in the bid, or to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid which in the opinion of the Board of Education will be in the best interest of the School District.
