Wallkill Central School District seeks proposals for Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program.

PUBLIC NOTICE – REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program (UPK) The Wallkill Central School District is seeking proposals from qualified community-based organizations to partner with the district in providing a Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) Program for the 2026–2027 school year, with the potential for renewal for up to four additional years. Eligible providers may include licensed childcare centers, nursery schools, or early childhood education agencies located within or outside of District boundaries that meet all New York State Education Department (NYSED) and applicable Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) requirements. The selected provider(s) will be responsible for implementing a full-day Universal Pre-Kindergarten program in accordance with Education Law §3602-e, maintaining all required licensure, staffing, and facility approvals, and collaborating closely with the Wallkill Central School District.
