REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE OPERATION OF MANOR HOUSE The County of Westchester acting by and through its Department of Social Services (“WCDSS”), is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for the operation of the property known as Manor House, a single- and double-room occupancy residence and an emergency overnight shelter for single individuals located at 101 North Broadway in Yonkers, New York.
