Jonathan Whatley, Defendant ORDER OF NOTICE To: JONATHAN WHATLEY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Plaintiff in the above-captioned matter, Trustees of the Woodbridge Estates Condominium Trust, has filed a Civil Complaint dated August 27, 2024 (“Plaintiff’s Complaint”) in the New Bedford, MA District Court. Defendant, Jonathan Whatley, shall have twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this Order of Notice within which to file an Answer to Plaintiff’s Complaint with the Clerk’s Office of the New Bedford, MA District Court, and to mail or hand-deliver a copy of same to Plaintiff’s attorney-of-record, David M.
