CRAIG POINTER, Defendant. TO: CRAIG POINTER Take notice that an Amended Complaint and Amended Summons seeking relief against you has been filed in the above-entitled action in the District Court Division of the General Court of Justice, Orange County, North Carolina. The nature of the relief being sought is as follows: to recover monetary damages and other relief arising out of Defendant’s alleged fraudulent taking and non-refund of Plaintiff’s rental deposit and related claims as set forth in the Complaint. You are required to make defense to such pleading not later than March 24, 2026, said date being forty (40) days from the date of the first publication of this Notice of Service of Process by Publication, February 12, 2026.
