On or about September 24, 2024, the mini refrigerator caused a fire at Plaintiff’s insured’s property. The fire was caused by the defective manufacture and design of the refrigerator by the Defendants. Plaintiff seeks damages in the amount of $28,503.71 PAUL N. SANDLER, ESQUIRE, TODD S.
