UPON reading and filing the annexed Petition of CHARLES R. KONTRYN ("Petitioner"), sworn to the 11th day of February, 2026, the Affirmation of SARA E. LEVINE, dated the 11th day of February, 2026, the exhibits annexed hereto: LET all per- sons interested show cause at IAS Part 45 of the Court to be held in and for the County of Nassau, in the Courthouse locat- ed at 100 Supreme Court Dr, Mineola, New York, on the 30TH day of APRIL, 2026, at 9:30 Am o'clock in the forenoon of that day or NO APPEARANCES NECESSARY/SUBMISSION ONLY as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard why an Order should not be made herein discharging of record a certain mortgage $90,000.00, dated June 25, 1992, between Charles R. Kontryn, as mortgagor, and First Town Mortgage Corpora- tion, as mortgagee, which said mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk, Nassau County on November 20, 1992, at Liber 14444, Page 191. Said mortgage is now a lien on said. premises designated as Section # 37, Block # 180, Lots # 12-13 on the Tax Map of the County of Nassau and commonly known and referred to as 27 Morris Pkwy, Valley Stream, New York. Said mortgage was assigned by First Town Mortgage Corporation to MCA Mortgage Corporation via Assignment of Mortgage dated April 15, 1996, recorded May 31, 1996 at Liber 17381, Page 916.
ORDERED, that service of a copy of this Order to Show Cause, together with the Petition upon which same is based, be made on or before the 6th day of APRIL 2026 upon: (1) the Office of the County Clerk of Nassau County, located at 240 Old Country Rd, Ste 202, Mineola, New York 11501 via over- night mail w/ tracking; (2) First Town Mortgage Corporation, c/o CT Corporation System, located at 111 Eighth Ave, New York, NY, 10011 via overnight mail w/tracking; (3) MCA Mort- gage Corporation, c/o CT Corporation System, located at 111 Eighth Ave, New York, NY, 10011 via overnight mail w/tracking; and by publication of this Order once in NEWSDAY NASSAU EDITION on or before the 10th day of APRIL, 2026, be deemed good and sufficient service, and it is further
