Lee lately domiciled at 5077 Clinton St. Rd., Apt 14, Batavia, NY, admitting to probate a Will dated October 17, 2016 a copy of which is attached, as the Will of Janet S. Lee, deceased, relating to real and personal property, and directing that

Letters Testamentary issue to: David L. Metzler

And that a guardian Ad Litem be appointed for the Heirs, Known and Unknown and whereabouts unknown, of Janet S. Lee.

NOTICE

For Citations Returnable in Genesee County Surrogate's

Court Effective November 21, 2025

Please note the following relating to service of process under SCPA § 307, 308, and 309 effective November 21, 2025:

1. Service by personal delivery on any person at least 10 days prior to the return date of the Citation.

2. Service by registered or certified mail, or by special mail service (including, but not limited to: FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS Express, USPS Priority) on any person residing within or without the State of New York and within the United States, District of Columbia, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or possessions or territories of the United States at least 20 days prior to the return date of the Citation.

3. By Court Order:

a. Publication as provided in CPLR 316

b. Electronic means as defined in CPLR 2103(f)(2)

c. Substituted service pursuant to CPLR 308(2) and (4)

4. In all other cases at least 30 days prior to the return date of the Citation. Note in any case where the New York State Attorney General is a party, service on the New York State Attorney General must be made at least 30 days prior to the return date of the Citation.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, JANET S. LEE, of the Town of Batavia in the County of

Genesee and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, in manner following, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made:

FIRST. I hereby direct that all my legal debts, funeral and testament expenses be paid by my executor hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my

decease.

SECOND. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever the same may be situate I give and bequeath as follows: 50% to Washington and Jefferson College, Washington, Pennsylvania for the Swanson Science Center; 25% to Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, Highland Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and 25% to the First Presbyterian Church of Batavia, New York.

THIRD. In the event that my Executor hereinafter named predeceases me, or for any reason, shall fail to qualify or cease to act as such Executor, then I nominate and appoint BEVERLY KERN, as the Successor Executor of this my Will, without bond, giving her as such Executor all powers and authority given to my Executor hereinafter

FOURTH. I hereby appoint DAVID L. METZLER to serve

without bond and to exercise all powers and duties authorized to fiduciaries under the laws of the State of New York as Executor of this my will.
