The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below, executed by Raymond W. Suplicki (who died on December 4, 2023, a resident of the county of Erie, State of New York) and Patricia M. Suplicki (who died on February 26, 2023, a resident of the county of Erie, State of New York) dated the February 24, 2021, to secure the sum of $183,624.00 and recorded at Book 13983, Page 7137 in the Office of the Erie County Clerk on March 8, 2021. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed December 9, 2024 and recorded on December 12, 2024, in the Office of the Erie County Clerk at Book 14147, Page 1240.
