Pursuant to judg- ment of foreclosure and sale entered January 9, 2026, I will sell at pub- lic auction at the Ulster County Courthouse, 285 Wall Street, Kingston, NY on April 28, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., prem. k/a 32 Cliff Road, Accord, NY 12404 a/k/a Section 68.2, Block 2, Lot 19. Said property being in the Town of Rochester, County of Ulster and State of NY being more particularly bounded and described as fol- lows. Beginning at a point in the center of the old town road leading from Whitfield to Roosa Hill, said point being at the end of a stone wall bounding the premises of E.F.
