Pursuant to judgment of foreclo- sure and sale entered March 3, 2026, I will sell at public auction at the Saratoga County Courthouse, 30 McMas- ter St., Ballston Spa, NY on May 5, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. premises k/a 304 Emmett Street, Ballston Spa, NY 12020 a/k/a Section 203.14, Block 2, Lot 4. Said property situate, lying and being in the Town of Milton, County of Saratoga, and State of New York, more particularly described as follows: Commenc- ing at an iron pin in the southerly side of Em- mett Street, distant 25 ft. westerly from the northwest corner of Lot No. 66 as laid out on a certain, "Map of lands of Emmett Lee, filed in the Saratoga County Clerk's office December 3, 1885”, as Map No. Z 78 and running easterly along Emmett Street 75 ft. to the northeasterly corner of Lot No. 66 186 ft. and 6 inches to the southeasterly corner of said No. 66; thence westerly on a line paral- lel with Emmett Street 75 ft. to a point which is 25 ft. westerly from the southwest corner of Lot No. 66, and which point is the southeasterly cor- ner premises heretofore conveyed by Raymond Roner to Charles A.
