Index #EF20241072. to judgment of foreclo- sure and sale entered January 12, 2026, I will sell at public auction at the Saratoga County Courthouse, 30 McMas- ter Center, Ballston Spa, NY on May 6, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. premises k/a 28 Kent Street, Ballston NY 12020 a/k/a Block Spa, Section 202.81, 1, Lot 22. Said property located in the Village of Ballston Spa, Town of Milton, County of Sara- toga and State of NY bounded and described as follows.
