JONES; REPSOL OIL & GAS USA, LLC; CHRISTINA PRICE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA BY THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; and COUNTY OF TIOGA, Defendants. _____________________________________________ NOTICE OF SALE Index No. 2019-60671 Property Address: 709 Brown Road, Berkshire, New York SBL # 42.00-1-3.20 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT In pursuance of an Order of Reference and Default Judgement duly made and entered in the above entitled foreclosure action dated October 7, 2025 and entered in the office of the County Clerk of Tioga County on October 7, 2025, the Referee named in said Judgment will sell in one parcel at public auction on May 6, 2026 at 10 a.m. at the Tioga County Courthouse, 16 Court Street, in the Village of Owego, County of Tioga, State of New York, the premises described in said judgment as follows: Property known as: 709 Brown Road, Berkshire, New York 13736, SBL No. 42.00-1-3.20. See the judgment for a more specific description. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the mortgagors, if any, in and to the land lying in the streets and roads in front of and adjoining said premises to the center line thereof. TOGETHER with all fixtures and articles of personal property attached to or used in connection with the saidpremises. Said premises are sold subject to any state of facts an accurate survey may show, to covenants, restrictions and easements, if any, to violations, zoning regulations and ordinances of the city, town or village in which the premises lie; and to the United States of America's right of redemption, if any.
