NOTICE OF SALE - FORECLOSURE 280 BRONXVILLE OWNERS CORP., ("Apartment Corporation" or "Cooperative") Shareholder Name: KERRI USSHER Premises Address: 280 BRONVILLE ROAD, APT.7C, BRONXVILLE, NY 10708 (referred to as the "Premises") Shares of Stock: 169 Shares of Capital Stock for Premises, (referred to as "Shares") in the Apartment Corporation together with the Garage Lease for Space 31 Amount Due: $11,314.18, allocated for maintenance, assessments, and other charges due for the Premises by the Shareholder to the Cooperative as of April 1, 2026 (referred to herein as "Sums Due for Premises") Sale: The Foreclosure Sale specifically includes the169 Shares of Capital Stock of the Cooperative, together with the appurtenant Proprietary Lease, allocated for the Premises, designated as Apartment and Garage Lease.
