The relief sought in the within action is a final judgment directing the sale of the Mortgaged Premises described above to satisfy the debt secured by the Mortgage described above. PURSUANT TO NEW YORK STATE REAL PROPERTY ACTIONS AND PROCEEDINGS LAW SECTION 1320 BE ADVISED: NOTICE YOU ARE IN DANGER OF LOSING YOUR HOME.
