The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below dated June 29, 2013, executed by David DeGroat (who died on June 27, 2021, a resident of the county of Broome, State of New York) to secure the sum of $54,487.00. The Mortgage was recorded at Book 3631, Page 234 in the Office of the Broome County Clerk on July 16, 2013. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed September 30, 2021 and recorded on October 1, 2021, in the Office of the Broome County Clerk at Book M4040, Page 837.
