Pursuant and subject to a judgment of foreclosure and sale entered in the Orleans County Clerk's Office on March 6, 2026, the undersigned referee will sell at public auction at the Orleans County Court House, 1 S. Main Street, Albion, NY May 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM, the premises:

ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town of Ridgeway, County of Orleans and State of New York and being part of Lot No. 25, Township 15, Range 4 of the Holland Land Company's Land, bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point in the north line of the highway known as Ridge Road at a distance of 1765.5 feet at right angles east from highway known as Murdock Road, being the southeast corner of land conveyed by the Holland Land Company to John Weld by a Deed dated October 15, 1835 and recorded in the Orleans County Clerk's Office on October 16, 1835 in Liber 10 of Deeds at Page 219 and running thence Northerly, parallel with the said Murdock Road 455 feet to a point; thence Westerly at an angle of 67-30 150 feet to a point; thence Southerly, parallel with the first mentioned bounds, approximately 467 feet to a point in the north line of said Ridge Road; thence Easterly along the north line of the said Ridge Road approximately 150 feet to the place of beginning.

BEGINNING at a point in the north line of Ridge Road, 1615.5 feet distant easterly, measured at right angles from the centerline of Murdock Road, said point being the southwest corner of lands deeded to Jay E. Blackburn by Deed dated February 15, 1956 and recorded in the Orleans County Clerk's Office on February 23, 1956 filed in Liber 272 272 of Deeds at Page 467; thence 463.76 feet (467" Deed) distant northerly along the west line of said Jay E. Blackburn, described above, to the northwest corner of Jay E. Blackburn's property; thence 100 feet distant northeasterly along the north line of said Jay E. Blackburn to a point; thence 418.42 feet distant southeasterly to a point on the north line of the Ridge Road, 240 feet distant northeasterly from the point of beginning; thence 240 feet distant southwesterly along the north line of Ridge Road, forming an interior angle of 99°-32" with the previous course, to the point of beginning.

BEGINNING at the northwest corner of William Whitwell lands, now or formerly, said point is north 17.40 chains from the southwest corner of William Whitwell's lands and the southeast corner of land conveyed to John Weld by the Holland Land Company by Deed dated October 15, 1835 and recorded October 16, 1835 in Liber 10 of Deeds at Page 219 and the north side of the Ridge Road; thence East 2.52 % chains along William Whitwell's north line to lands now or formerly owned by F. W. Murdock; thence North along the west line of Murdock's land 6.71 ? chains to a point; thence Westerly 6 chains to a point; thence Southeasterly to the point of beginning.

ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town of Ridgeway, County of Orleans and State of New York, being a part of a certain Township which on a Map or Survey of Divers Tracts or Townships of land is distinguished by Township 15, 4th Range of said Townships and is bounded as follows:

BEGINNING at a point in the north bounds of the Ridge Road on the southeast corner of lands deeded to John Weld on Lot No. 25 in said Township and running thence North along said Weld's land on east line, 17 chains, 40 links; thence East 3 chains and 4 links to land deeded to Alexander Garrich, now owned by one, Myhill; thence Southerly, parallel to the first mentioned boundary 15 chains, 64 links to the north bounds of the Ridge road; thence Westerly on the north bounds of the Ridge Road to the place of beginning.

ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town of Ridgeway, County of Orleans and State of New York, being a part of Lo No. 25 in the 15th Township and 4th Range of the Holland Company's Land, bounded as follows:

BEGINNING at a point at the distance of 12 chains and 39 % links south of the north bounds of said Lot and 29 chains and 27 % links east of the west bounds of said Lot and running thence South, parallel to west bounds of said Lot, 39 chains and 58 links; thence East 2 chains and 52% links; thence North, parallel to the west bounds of said Lot, 39 chains and 58 links and thence West 2 chains and 52 % links to the place of beginning.
