Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on September 23, 2024, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the second floor lobby, Division 3 of the Orange County Courthouse, 285 Main Street, Goshen, NY 10924 on April 30, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., premises known as 9 Lake Region Boulevard, Monroe, NY 10950.
