Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale dated January 16, 2026 and entered on March 9, 2026, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction in Room 252 of the New York County Courthouse, 60 Centre Street, New York, NY on June 2, 2026 at 2:15 p.m. premises situate, lying and being in the Borough of Manhattan, County, City and State of New York, in the premises known as "The 157 West 57th Street Condominium" Unit being designated and described as Unit No. 36B.
