NOTICE OF SALE STATE OF NEW YORK SUPREME COURT COUNTY OF WARREN Index No. EF2025-74240 Assigned to: Hon. Vincent W. Versaci JO-ANNE C. SMITH, Plaintiff, -against- CHRISTINE HINCKLEY, Defendant. In pursuance of a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered in the above titled action and bearing date of April 3, 2026 and filed with the Warren County Clerk’s Office on April 3, 2026, I Matthew Mazur, Esq., the undersigned referee in said judgment named, will sell in one parcel, at public auction, at the Warren County Courthouse, 1340 State Route 9, Lake George, NY 12845, on May 18, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. on that date, the premises described by said Judgment to be sold and therein described. The premises is also known on the official Tax Map of the Town of Johnsburg, Hamlet of North Creek, County of Warren as tax parcel ID number 66.10-1-56 and 66.10-1-55, commonly known as 296 Main Street North Creek, New York, and shall be offered as a whole and sold off to the highest bidder who will offer the highest price under the following terms: Subject to existing encumbrances, covenants and restrictions of record, if any; subject to leases of tenants not made parties to this action, if any; and subject to any projections and state of facts, if any, as an accurate survey may disclose. Subject also to each and every other term of said Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale.
