Pursuant to a judgment of foreclosure and sale duly entered on March 18, 2026.




I, the undersigned Referee, will sell at public auction at the Greene County Courthouse, 320 Main Street, Catskill, NY 12414 on May 26, 2026 at 10:30 AM premises known as 168 Woodland Dr., Purling, NY 12470.
