The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below dated August 19, 1993, executed by Tracy Krajas AKA Tracy Anne Krajas and George S. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed September 23, 2020 and recorded on September 29, 2020, in the Office of the Erie County Clerk at Book M13957, Page 8754. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed December 18, 2020 and recorded on January 6, 2021, in the Office of the Erie County Clerk at Book M13973, Page 6406. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed August 10, 2021 and recorded on August 19, 2021, in the Office of the Erie County Clerk at Book M14010, Page 5339. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed March 11, 2022 and recorded on July 20, 2022, in the Office of the Erie County Clerk at Book M14060, Page 5519.
