Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on January 22, 2026, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Oswego County Courthouse, Main Lobby, 25 East Oneida Street, Oswego, NY 13126 on April 9, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., premises known as 671 State Route 49, Constantia, NY 13028.
