ESSEX COUNTY NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE OF SALE SUPREME COURT: ESSEX COUNTY. 1900 CAPITAL TRUSTII, BY US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INIDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS CERTIFICATE TRUSTEE, Pltf. vs. KENNETH M. ROBBINS A/K/A KENNETH ROBBINS, SR., et al, Defts. Index #CV22-0312. Pursuant to judgment of foreclosure and sale entered Aug. 7, 2024, I will sell at public auction at the Essex County Courthouse, 7559 Court Street, Elizabethtown, NY on April 8, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. premises k/a 9 Elizabeth Street, Port Henry, NY 12974 a/k/a Section 97.72, Block 3, Lot 38.100. All that certain piece or parcel of land, situate in the Village of Port Henry, Town of Moriah, Essex County, NY: First Parcel situate on the south side of Elizabeth Street in the Village, beginning at the northwest corner of a lot owned by Frank Ringer in the center of said street; thence westerly in said street 50 ft.; thence southerly to lands of L.C. & M.M.R. Co.; thence easterly 50 ft. to said Ringer’s southwest corner; thence northerly in Ringer’s west line to place of beginning, and being the same premises conveyed by LeRoy Butterfield by Nestor Berman and wife, by deed dated, December 21, 1905 and recorded in the Essex County Clerk’s Office on May 23, 1917, in Book 157 of Deeds at page 19. Second Parcel bounded on the east by lands of Butterfield, on the south by lands of the L.C. & M Railroad; on the west by lands of Frank Jebo, and on the north by Elizabeth Street and being the same premises conveyed to LeRoy Butterfield by Frederick Sumner by deed dated July 21, 1906, recorded in the Essex County Clerk’s Office on May 23, 1917 in Book 157 of Deeds at page 19. Third Parcel beginning at a point in the Northeast corner of the land that was conveyed to the K of C by John Lang. Then, westerly along the North line of the K of C property for 54 ft., more or less, the line that divides the property of Mary Celeste Beerman and Paul Salerno, Jr. Thence in a southerly direction for 35 ft. This line will run parallel to the east line that separates the K of C property from the Thomas and Mary Lou Scozzafava property. Thence in a north westerly direction to the southerly point of the land that divides the property of Paul Salerno, Jr. and the property of William R. Soloski, a Karen S. Baker, Deborah A. Egglefield, for 110 ft., more or less. Thence in a generally easterly direction 100’ along the lands of K of C to the northeast corner of the land of Beerman.
