In pursuance of a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly made and entered in the above entitled foreclosure action dated February 19, 2026, and entered in the Office of the County Clerk of Oswego County, I the undersigned Referee, named in said Judgment, will sell in one (1) parcel at public on April 1, 2026 at 1:00 PM at public auction in the north lobby on the first floor of the Oswego County Courthouse, situate at 25 East Oneida Street in the City of Oswego, County of Oswego and State of New York the following property:
