The foregoing Supplemental Summons is served upon you by publication, pursuant to an order of HON. Ryan McAllister of the Supreme Court Of The State Of New York, dated the Eleventh day of February, 2026 and filed with the Complaint in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Schoharie, in the City of Schoharie. The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below dated April 12, 2017, executed by Erika M. Brasmeister AKA Erika M. Dunston and Kalmon E. Dunston, Jr. to secure the sum of $208,788.00. The Mortgage was recorded at Book 1757, Page 110 in the Office of the Schoharie County Clerk on April 24, 2017. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by a gap assignment executed May 14, 2024 and recorded on May 16, 2024, in the Office of the Schoharie County Clerk at Book 2076, Page 124. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed January 13, 2023 and recorded on January 24, 2023, in the Office of the Schoharie County Clerk at Book 2029, Page 79. Said Mortgage was subsequently modified by a Loan Modification Agreement executed by Erika M. Brasmeister AKA Erika M. Dunston and Kalmon E. Dunston, Jr. on November 18, 2021 and recorded March 10, 2022 in Book 1985, Page 252 in the Office of the Schoharie County Clerk. Said Mortgage was subsequently modified by a Loan Modification Agreement executed by Erika M. Brasmeister AKA Erika M. Dunston and Kalmon E. Dunston, Jr. on August 13, 2022 and recorded September 1, 2022 in Book 2011, Page 286 in the Office of the Schoharie County Clerk.
