Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale, duly entered 12/02/2025, I, the undersigned Referee, will sell at public auction, at the Delaware County Courthouse, 3 Court St., Delhi, NY 13753, on 3/13/2026 at 11:00AM, premises known as 64157 State Highway 10, Stamford, NY 12167, and described as follows:
ALL that certain plot piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Harpersfield, County of Delaware and State of New York.
