Thereafter, the Mortgage was assigned to NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, by an Assignment of Mortgage dated June 27, 2023 and recorded with the Onondaga County Clerk on June 27, 2023, in Instrument #: 2023-00019967. TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS: The foregoing Summons is served upon on the UNKNOWN HEIRS AND DISTRIBUTEES OF THE ESTATE OF TIMOTHY C. CARR, by publication pursuant an Order of the Hon Deborah H. Karalunas a Justice of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, dated March 18, 2026 and entered March 19, 2026. The relief sought in the within action is a final Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale directing the sale of the premises described above to satisfy the debt secured by the Mortgage described above. Onondaga County is designated as the place of trial on the basis of the fact that the real property affected by this action is located wholly within said County.
