The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below, dated December 21, 2006, executed by Maria S. Olenych AKA Maria Marini (who died on December 22, 2023, a resident of the county of Delaware, State of New York) to secure the sum of $63,500.00. The Mortgage was recorded at Book 1427, Page 330 in the Office of the Delaware County Clerk on February 21, 2007. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed November 10, 2011 and recorded on February 17, 2012, in the Office of the Delaware County Clerk at Book 1769, Page 123. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed April 24, 2013 and recorded on October 29, 2013, in the Office of the Delaware County Clerk at Book 1900, Page 56. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed March 17, 2025 and recorded on March 19, 2025, in the Office of the Delaware County Clerk at Book 2516, Page 289.
