Azzato, Jr., New York City Environmental Control Board, New York City Parking Violations Bureau, New York City Transit Adjudication Bureau, Sunnova TEP I Manager LLC, Clerk of the County of Richmond, United States of America - Internal Revenue Service, New York State Department of Taxation and Finance and "JOHN DOE #1" through "JOHN DOE #10", the last ten names being fictitious and unknown to the plaintiff, the person or parties intended being the persons or parties, if any, having or claiming an interest in or lien upon the mortgaged premises described in the Complaint, Defendants. The relief sought in the within action is final judgment directing the sale of the premises described above to satisfy the debt secured by the Mortgage described above.
