Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered May 23, 2025, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder at Dutchess County Courthouse, Rear Lobby, 10 Market Street, Poughkeepsie NY 12601 on May 5, 2026 at 2:30 PM.
