Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on January 20, 2026, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Southampton Town Hall, 116 Hampton Road, Southampton, NY 11968 on April 30, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., premises known as 486 Middle Line Highway, Water Mill, NY 11976.
