Seeking landscaping contractor for services at The Viscardi Center campus.

 The Viscardi Center, Henry Viscardi School, Abilities, Inc. & Museum of Disability History (Owner) is seeking a landscaping Contractor for landscaping services at our Organization situated on our 15 acre campus and five (5) residences. Landscaping services will include but are not limited to Spring/Fall cleanups, environmentally safe lawn care applications, weekly mowing, edging, pruning, trimmings and shaping of bushes and shrubs. All work must be performed on Saturdays. There will be a walk through on Friday, March 13th at 1:00pm at which time we will review the grounds and you will obtain specs. Contractor must be insured and have a minimum of seven year's of landscaping experience and have proof of similar projects in scope and magnitude. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to accept any bid which it deems to be most favorable to the interest of the Owner.
