Legal Notices County of Chautaqua Town of Arkwright Weight Limit Pursuant to section 1660, Paragraph 11 of the vehicle and traffic law of New York, The Town of Arkwright will temporarily post all town roads. The maximum allowed gross weight may not ex- ceed SIX TON. Such exclusions for any road is to take effect when posted. Exclusions shall remain in effect until the removal of signs.
