Legal Notice # 21928974 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF BAYVILLE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Incorporated Village of Bayville will hold a public hearing at the Village Hall, 34 School Street, Bayville, New York 11709 on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. to consider the following: #Z-05-26, 37A Bayville Avenue, L. Gross (M. Aylward, Engineer) An application to revise building permit application BN24-02 "PROPOSED 2-STORY NEW CONSTRUCTION 2968 SQ FT RESIDENCE" requiring the following variances: 80-39 (A) (2) (3) Yard requirements. The rear yard setback is 48.8 feet. The side yard setbacks to the proposed balcony are 23.1 feet to the western property boundary, and 12.6 feet to the eastern property boundary. This property is known on the Land and Tax Maps of Nassau County as Section 29, Block 82, Lot 16. It is located in the Village's Residence F zoning district.
