Residents and other interested parties are invited to attend the Open House, which will take place before the RAB meeting and will feature informational displays as well as opportunities to speak with representatives from the Navy and partnering agencies. A hybrid format will be offered for the RAB meeting, allowing participants to join in person, by phone, or virtually via Microsoft (MS) Teams.
