PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE Board of Trustees of the Village of Buchanan will hold a public hearing on the 8th day of April 2026 to take and hear comments on the tentative budget as proposed by the Board of Trustees. This public hearing will be held at 7:00 P.M. at the Municipal Building, 236 Tate Avenue, Buchanan, New York. A copy of the tentative budget is available at the office of the Village Clerk, where any interested person may inspect it, during regular office hours between 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. The compensation proposed in said budget for Mayor is $7,500 and $6,000 per each Trustee. All persons wishing to comment on the tentative budget as proposed will be provided an opportunity to be heard, as time permits.
