YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, that a Petition for Custody under Article 6 of the New York State Family Court, dated August 27, 2024, has been filed against you in the Erie County Family Court of the State of New York, by the Petitioner, Angel Owens, who is seeking an Order of sole custody of the parties' child, Angel Leon Owens.

YOU AND EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear virtually before this Court on the 27th day of March, 2026 at 9:30 AM, Referee Ashlea L. Palladino, Esq., to answer the Petitioner's Petition for Custody.

Upon your failure to appear as herein directed, this Court will, pursuant to the New York State Civil Practice Rule and Laws § 3215, issue a Default Judgment against you granting the Petitioner a Default Order of Sole Custody of the minor child, Angel Leon Owens.
