• Notice of Formation of The Destino Difference, LLC. Articles of Organization filed with the Secretary of State of New York (SSNY) on 02.19.2026. Office location: Ontario County, New York. SSNY is designated as agent of the LLC upon whom process against it may be served. SSNY shall mail a copy of any process to: 136 Holiday Lane Canandaigua, NY 14424. The Company is member-managed. Purpose: To engage in lawful consulting and advisory activities including, but not limited to, person-centered consulting; systems design and strategy; aging and disability consulting; workforce development advisory; organizational strategy and program development; training and capacity building; community systems and support development; and any lawful act or activity permitted under the New York Limited Liability Company Law.
