In the Matter the Abandonment of the child ISABELLA BOLT Pursuant to Section 384-b of the Social Services Law. TO: KRISTA BOLT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a petition has been presented to the Family Court of the State of New York, Ontario County, 27 North Main Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, alleging you have abandoned the above-named child, born 5/16/2025. A hearing on the petition will be held on May 5, 2026, at 9:45 a.m., at the City of Canandaigua Courthouse, 2 North Main Street, Canandaigua, NY at which time you will have an opportunity to be heard and present evidence to the court relevant to the best interests of the child. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, UPON YOUR CONTINUED FAILURE TO APPEAR, ALL OF YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS IN THE CHILD MAY BE TERMINATED.
