COLUMBIA COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE CONCERNING THE EXAMINATION OF ASSESSMENT INVENTORY AND VALUATION DATA (Pursuant to Real Property Tax Law section 501) Notice is hereby given that assessment inventory and valuation data is available for examination and review. This data is the information that will be used to establish the assessment of each parcel, which will appear on the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Chatham which will be filed on or before May 1, 2026. The information may be reviewed online at chathamnewyork.gov or by appointment with Assessor 488 Route 295 Chatham, NY 12037 on March 19th & 26th between the hours of 8am and 12pm.
