NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Board of Fire Commissioners of the Forks Fire District No. 3 in the Town of Cheektowaga, Erie County, New York at a meeting held on the 23rd day of March, 2026, duly adopted the following resolution. A resolution authorizing the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Forks Fire District No. 3, Town of Cheektowaga, Erie County, New York, pursuant to section 6-g subdivision 7 of the General Municipal Law, to authorize expenditure of funds from the Equipment Capital Reserve Fund, in an amount not to exceed $160,000.00 for the purchase of (2) Chevy Tahoe’s Fire Chiefs Vehicles, including equipment and lighting packages.
